Description

Rowing Training Experience (RTX): Session 3.5

RTX Session 3.5 will be two days a week.  Meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:30pm.  RTX Session 3.5 is intended for athletes finishing with LTR Session 3.   Session 3.5 will be on land during the sessions.  The participants will have the oppurtunity to further develop their skills learned during previos LTR and/or RTX sessions. In the Foundry's state of the art indoor rowing tanks, ergs, and performing other rowing specific exercises.  Bulleted details can be found below. 

  • Prerequisite: attendance of at least one Learn to Row program.
  • Sessions: Starting on Febrauary 20 and ending on March 29; Running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 6:30pm
  • Registration: Openes January 20 and closes February 27
  • Intended for athletes finishing LTR Session 3
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Cost: $300

 

Four Steps to Complete Rower Registration:

  1. Click REGISTER ONLINE  in the upper right corner to begin registration (check registration is to see if you have already registered) Select new or returning user.

  2. Fill in parent account information, then click next. To fill in rower information, click Add New Member. Below the rower information are 5 acknowledgments to read and agree to. 
    ( If you would like to register more than one athlete at a time, you can! Just make sure to "add new member" creating a new profile for the athlete you'd like to add / register.)

  3. Print & turn in to Coach Piepmeier, Coach Trebilcock, or Alan Meininghaus: Swim Test Form ( required for all rowers - signed by a lifeguard).

    1. Please note: if you have a swim test on record, no need to submit a new swim test form. If unsure, do not hesitate to contact Alan Meininghaus

  4. Select to pay by check or credit card. Please note that fees apply if paying by credit. Fees are 2.95% + 30 cents per credit card transaction. You will receive a confirmation email for this registration.

Requests for financial assistance must be made within two weeks of registration. Assistance decisions will be made per season and based upon available funding.
