This group offers adults ages 18+ a great way to stay in shape, train for various events, and have fun!  Emphasis is on varied degrees of workout difficulty that cater to every ability type, allowing each swimmer to train to their individual needs & potential.  


M/W/F mornings from 5:30-6:45am @ Allan Jones

M-F lunchtime from 11:30-12:45pm @ Allan Jones

M/W/Th evenings from 7:15-8:15pm @ Allan Jones

Saturday mornings from 7:30-8:30am @ West Side YMCA

Running Group:

Our running workout group meets on Thursday mornings @ 5:30am in the parking lot of Provision Health and Wellness.   This group is coached by Alan Horton

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Goggles, fins, kickboard, paddles, and pull buoy.   Please label all gear.
