Explorer, Challenge & Elite Unified Dessert Banquet and JO Celebration
Join us for a Celebration of the 2017-18 Short Course Swim Season and JO swimmers in the CSG Cafeteria. Please bring a shareable, nut-free and peanut-free dessert that is pre-portioned and easy-to-serve, like cookies or cupcakes, and RSVP by 3/10/17.
Since the Unified Aquatics Club has grown in size, the celebration is divided into two manageable groups, so please be sure to sign up for the appropriate event/time, or sign up for both events, if you have kids in different groups at different times.
This event page is for 6:30pm-7:30pm Explorer, Challenge and Elite groups. The event page for Discovery and Voyager can be found here: https://www.teamunify.com/EventShow.jsp?id=886823&eeeee=ohuac&team=ohuac
Water and coffee will be provided. Hope to see you there as we celebrate the end of another great Unified season!!!
If you have questions or would like to help with set-up or clean-up, please contact Lisa Evans at email@example.com.
Why RSVP? The reason we ask you to RSVP is to ensure your swimmer’s plaque is available at the event.
What should we wear? Attire: no swimsuits, but otherwise feel free to dress up or be casual--whatever makes you and/or your swimmer most comfortable
Will there be swimming? No, not at this event.
Will there be dinner? No, just yummy desserts brought by you and everyone else attending.
Will there be a collection for coaches' gifts? No, but if you would like to express your gratitude to the coaches, this can be done on an individual basis. This is not expected or required, but appreciated.
Can the entire family come? Yes, of course!
What does nut-free dessert mean? No peanuts, tree nuts, nut butters used to make the dessert. If you are bringing a store-bought dessert, please read the label to ensure it does not include nuts. We have life-threatening allergies on our team. If you have questions regarding allergies, please contact Lisa Evans at firstname.lastname@example.org
