Officially launched!  A new easier way to sign up for a PAC committee!  Sign up will be open until October 15th.  Please take the opportunity to join a PAC committee that fits your interest and schedule.  Committee chairs will reach out to their committees between October 15th and November 1st to share contact information and discuss meeting times.  Depending on timing, some committees may not meet for several months and some might start right away. Please contact Penny Kiryk or me with any general questions or the appropriate committee chair with any questions about a specific committee.  Thank you for sharing your time and talents with the team!
1.Holiday Party (Ly Tran)    
Organizes decorations, team meal, activities, set up/clean up, and team gift swap.  Takes place in Nov/Dec.  6-8 Members
2.Lock In (Stacy McDaniel) 
Organizes and plans activities (rock climbing, minute to win it games, Zumba, Yoga) snacks, breakfast, prizes, coordinates volunteers and communication. Lock-in takes place in spring. 8-10 Members
3.Hosted Meets (Didi Vincent) 
Organizes and coordinates hosted swim meets.  Coordinates volunteers, concessions, heat sheets and sponsorships, set-up/clean up. 4-8 Members
4.Team Spirit (Casy Dreiling and Penny Kiryk) 
Organizes and coordinates fun treats, team fire-ups and coach appreciation for the team. 6-8 Members
5.Team Banquet and Clinic (Melissa Elliott) 
Organizes team banquet – location, food, decorations, coordinates awards and program, organizes and plans senior recognition, coordinates, organizes and plans team clinic. Banquet will take place in late spring/early summer.  8-12 members
6.Apparel (Abi Griffin) 
Selects, organizes and distributes Fall and Spring apparel orders, Team cap orders, Championship t-shirt orders, Sectional and Y National Team apparel. 4-6 members
7.Summer Team Picnic (Cassy Hornbaker) 
Coordinates and plans summer team picnic (August)– food, set-up/clean-up (4-6 people)
8.Red/Blue Intrasquad Meet (D. Gadalla/D.  Otsuka) 
Coordinates and plans team intrasquad meet (Fall) (6-8 people)
