Several items of importance for the weekend:

  1. The whole coaching staff will be at the meet for their designated training groups.
  2. Team caps by day of the meet:  (Ask Coach Mike for caps if needed at the meet.) This is a must for the team!

Friday – Black

Saturday – White

Sunday – Yellow

  1. Team Suits and Team Apparel is needed to be worn for the meet!  We do not want to see high school and/or summer league outfitting.
  • Swimmers can/need to suit up for trying to make additional cuts!

Schedule – Arrival/Warm-up/Start Times

  1. It is important to be on deck per arrival time stated for the team!
  2. Upon arrival on the pool deck, please look for the team area by finding the team banner.
  • Lakesidewill be doing open lane assignments for warm-ups.  It is so important to be on time for the team to pin down lanes for the team.

Friday warm-up is at 4:00 PM, Start at 5:00 PM – approx. be over 8:15 pm

Saturday warm up 7:00 AM, Start at 8:00 AM – approx. be over at 11:32 am – start 8-unders right after the older kids finish

Saturday 8-unders  - warm up 11:30 am , start 12:15 PM – approx. be over 1:15 PM

Saturday – warm up at 1:30 PM, start 2:30 PM – approx. be over at 6:20 PM

Sunday – warm-up at 7:00 AM, Start at 8:00 AM – approx. be over 11:39 AM – try to run fast and get younger kids in at 11:30 am or right after the older finish

Sunday – warm-up 11:30? 11:40 , start one hour after 12:30/12:40 PM – approx. be over 4:30/4:40 PM
