This practice set up and clean up tab is for the Temecula location specifically. Sign up here to work off some of the yearly parent hours. Thank you for your help and cooperation. You will get .50 hours for setting up and .50 hours for cleaning up practice/workouts. If you are a no show .50 hours is added to the total family hours. If you have to cancel or reschedule we require you do it within 72 hours so we can find a replacement. Thank you all for your help! See you all on deck.
WHAT TO DO
Set up at practice
Set up at the Temecula location is 6-6:30 p.m. You will sign up online on our websites under volunteer tab (near meet tab) find week and then the day and sign up. The set up person will get .50 hours. If the family is a no show that family will have .50 hours added to their family hour total. We need 72 hour notice to try and find a sub to fill the spot as we need all hands on deck.
For set up IN ORDER TO GET FULL CREDIT we will need help in all departments. All parents that sign up when you first get on deck you will get the hooks and chains, set up the pace clock, then get 2 lane line reels and start on both of the outsides of the pool working your way to the middle. If the flags need to be put up this is the last thing done. All above needs to be done in order to get full credit.
Clean up at practice
Clean up for the Temecula location is 6:50-7:20 p.m. You will sign up online on our websites under volunteer tab (near meet tab) find the week and day and sign up. the cleanup person will get .50 hours. If the family is a no show that family will have .50 hours added to their family hour total. We need 72 hour notice to try and find a sub to fill the spot as we need all hands on deck. We will need the cleanup person to do the tasks below to receive full credit. Make sure all lane lines are rolled up and all hooks and chains are collected. The pace clock needs to be put away but notify the staff and make sure they are done using it before removing it from the deck. EVERYONE that signed up will be responsible is some way to help with the covering of the pool. If the flags need to be taken down or blocks out the coaches will let you know.
