Dear SMAC Families;

The SMAC Fall Invite is one of 2 of our hosted home meets.  In Concessions, we raise much-needed funds to support our team.  Our hospitality donations feed all of the coaches who attend and officials who volunteer.  In an effort to cut our costs, we ask all of our SMAC families to donate items to partially stock our Hospitality and Concessions.  In addition, many local grocery stores provide donated goods.

Calling all cooks!!  We aspire to provide as many home-cooked items as we can for our Hospitality menu, both for breakfast and lunch.  Please look at the list,  if you have a tried and true recipe,  please feel free to contact us and make suggestions.

What is Hospitality and why is it so important? 

1. We have officials who are donating their time to officiate at this meet and they work very long days.  We need to make sure we feed, hydrate and keep them happy for this long meet.

2. We take care of the coaches,  happy coaches remember how well they were treated and fed and want to come back again the following year.....this means more money for our team AND our community.  The more teams we get the better for everyone.

Please consider donating one or more items and don't hesitate to ask your extended family and neighbors. The coaches and volunteers really appreciate our support, and love your home-cooked food.
