Synchro Summer Camp - Week 2
GO Capital Synchronized Swimming Summer Camp
Location: Sawmill Creek Pool (near Albion and Bank)
Geared to new, Recreational or Novice swimmers born between 2007-2011. Space is limited and will be available on a first-come-first serve basis. This week-long program will include 4 hours per day in the pool where the swimmers will learn, develop, and strengthen their synchro (and swimming) skills. The swimmers will create a team routine for the end of the week Skill Demonstration and Watershow. Swimmers will also participate in other activities out of the water such as flexibility and strength work, landrilling (practicing the routine out of water), crafts, team building activities, and much more! Swimmers will participate in free swim in the afternoon.
No synchro experience is necessary but swimmers should be comfortable in deep water, and be able to swim 25m of front crawl independently.
Swimmers Required to Bring:
- Sport Bathing Suit, Nose Plug, Goggles, Bathing Cap, Towel, Deck Shoes (Flip Flops), Running Shoes, Comfortable clothes for land activities
- Lunch, Water bottle and NUT FREE snacks
