Following are some recommendation notes for your consideration.
  1. We have a total of 94 swimmers and their extra family member(s). As a YMCA Championship all participating Associations will be required to provide timers for the preliminary sessions. Please come prepared to support your swimmers by timing during the meets. Please Sign-up  in the session(s) you would like to volunteer, and we will provide the list to the hosting team in order to allow access to the restricted area.
  2. Team have 2 tents already, but we will need you to bring any extra tent if you have one. Please send an email to board@ysfbarracudas.com if you are bringing yours.
  3. Average temperature ranges from 55F to 75F during this time of the year. We suggest swimmers bring a shammy for initial drying, and then several towels, parka or blankets to stay warm.  We also suggest socks and sneakers or fuzzy boots, sweats, gloves and hats. Swimmers must stay warm, mainly their foot.
  4. Additional parking for visitors is located at the SOUTH side of the pool complex.
  5. Families can set up in the picnic area and zero water park areas. The actual water park will be closed to families.
  6. Please remember to bring healthy snacks and drinks for the swimmers to have on deck.
  7. Communication is key! Our website will be the main hub of communication. However, we will use alternate ways like our Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as the OnDeck mobile app, and SMS text messaging system. If you have question for the coaching staff send them an email to AllYSFCoaches@ysfbarracudas.com.
  8. OFFICIALS: You are required to officiate in this meet. Kathy Fish will contact you to inquiry which session(s) you can officiate.
