Friday (1500 swimmers):   

Warm-up 5:00pm

Check-in deadline 5:30pm

Meet starts 6:00pm

Saturday AM (13 and Overs):

Warm-up 7:30am

Check-in deadline 8:30pm

Meet start 9:00am

Saturday PM (12 and Unders):

*Warm-up start immediately after the 13 and Over Session (approx. 1:00pm)

Check-in deadline 1:30pm

Meet starts 30 minutes after the conclusion of the 13 and Over session (approx. 2:00pm)

Sunday AM (13 and Overs)

Warm-up 7:30am

Check-in deadline 8:30pm

Meet start 9:00am

Sunday PM (12 and Unders)

*Warm-up start immediately after the 13 and Over Session (approx. 12:15am)

Check-in deadline 12:45pm

Meet starts 30 minutes after the conclusion of the 13 and Over session (approx. 1:15pm)

ALL events will be positive check in.

**All parking must go to the adjacent ARM Building parking garage (photos attached below).  There is a pathway from the garage area to the back entrance to our facility and a lighted sidewalk leading to the front entrance of our facility that will keep you safely away from traffic.  

**PARENTS are not allowed on deck.  We will have limited, first come, first served spectator seating.  Tents will be allowed ONLY behind the facility in the grassy area.

No qualification criteria – open to all USAS swimmers Bronze & above (not Red & Black)

Family Travel - LAC has negotiated a limited number of rooms at a special rate:
