End of Season Yoga for Swimmers!
Hey Swimmers - Looking for an edge for the end of the season? Yoga for Swimmers is back with a final 4 week session starting this week. Join Jen in the Yoga room upstairs for some great stretching, strength-building, shoulder-opening, ankle-flexibility, and of course, fun poses specifically designed for the swimmer!
Yoga will be from 4:00-4:30 for four weeks at a cost of $12 per swimmer. Class this week (Feb 14th) will be on Wednesday then will move to Thursday for Feb 22, March 1, March 8.
Swimmers should wear comfortable work out clothes and bring a bottle of water! No checks necessary, your TU account will be billed.
