**Please make sure sure to give yourself enough time to get through security and have swimmers on deck at least 15 minuts before the start of warm-ups.  

 

Information your families will need to know about  accessing the USNA  is available on our website (NAAC.ws) under the "About NAAC" tab. Please remind swimmers that the Academy requires athletes to be dressed, including pants, shirt, and shoes, when they leave the pool deck.  We will have concessions and Metro Swim Shop in the upstairs hallway and hospitality for coaches and officials in the classroom. 

  • Timers are provided for Friday night's session.
  • Swimmers need to provide their own counters/timers for the 800s & 1500s.
  • Friday night's session (which are timed finals) and the 800s & 1500s will be seeded FASTEST to slowest.  For the 800s/1500s, we will swim girls first, then boys, fastest to slowest.
  • A positive check-in for the 800s/1500s will be at the scorer's table.  Positive check-in will close at 3:30pmon Saturday for the 800s & 3:30pm on Sunday for the 1500s. 
  • Saturday and Sunday distance sessions will start 10 minutes after the end of the previous session. Swimmers may use the diving well for warm-ups during the previous session.
