13 & over Yoga

As NRST continue to try and provide our membership with the best performance opportunities, we are very excited to offer yoga for your swimmers. With many of your swimmers are training in the pool 5-6 days a week and dryland on 2 of those days as well the benefits of yoga are many; development of body awareness, build concentration, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and learning to use their bodies in a healthy way.
On Saturday March 17th, from 9:30-10:30am we would like to invite swimmers who are 13 and older to sign up and participate in a one hour yoga session with the amazing Cathy Skelcher. Cathy is the owner of Inner Revolution Coaching and Yoga. We only have 18 spots available for this session. This yoga session with be held at NAC. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session and bring a small towel and water bottle and have your swimmer dress appropriately for yoga.
