This is our meet!!! We need everyone's help to make this a success!!!


Please note that Qualifying Times apply ONLY to visiting teams. Our swimmers can (and should) swim regardless of their entry time. 



Due to long timelines and in order to apply to the 4 hrs rule (12&U sessions cannot be longer than 4 hours), we had to cut all relays and apply the following limitations

We will limit the the OPEN 400 Free to TOP 4 heats per gender (4 heats of girls & 4 heats of boys). 
We will limit the 200 IM to the TOP 2 heats per gender & age group (10&U= 2 heats of girls & 2 heats of boys - 11&12= 2 heats of girls & 2 heats of boys). 
We will limit the 200 Free to the top 10 heats (10 heats of 13&14 Girls, 10 heats of 13&14 boys - 10 heats of OPEN girls and 10 heats of OPEN boys)
We will limit the 200 Free to TOP 5 heats per gender & age group (10&U= 5 heats of girls & 5 heats of boys - 11&12= 5 heats of girls & 5 heats of boys).
No limitations

Meet Schedule

Friday (13 & over) 
Warm-ups: 4:30 pm
Positive check-in: 4:15 – 5:00 pm
Meet starts: 5:30 pm

Saturday & Sunday AM (12 & under) 

Warm-ups: 7:00 am
Positive Check-in: 6:45-7:30 am
Meet starts: 8:15 am

Saturday & Sunday PM (13 & over) 
Warm-ups: following am session but not before 12:00 noon
Positive Check-in: 11:45 am-12:30 pm
Meet starts: 1 hour after warm-ups begin


Please do not select more than 3 events per session.

In order to run a meet this size, we need all our families to help by working a shift during the session(s) their swimmers are participating.  The roles we need to fill for each session are: admissions, head timer, lane timers, hospitality for visiting coaches and officials, runners to photo copy heat sheets at the start of the meet, collect timer sheets after each event and post results, announcing events and finally, labeling & sorting place ribbons.
