Meet Directors — Please note:
Your meet must be named according to the guidelines below. Please make sure you read the "Before and After Meet pdf" especially the part on how to name your meet in Hy-Tek. Michael Bougie will not load your results into SWIMS unless your meet is named properly. USA Swimming wants all meets to be named in this manner. It is much easier for anyone to look up meets.
Your meet should be named:
2018 (This should be the year we are currently in) MN XYZ (Club Code) XXX (Name of your meet, i.e. Vince Herring Annual Classic)
Also, be sure to send the following to Cassy (cshapley@mnswim.org)
- The MM .sd3 registration recon file (when you have entries loaded from the first meet entry deadline).
- A team list from Hy-Tek MM (includes team names/entry numbers).
- Revised recon files when you make changes, especially if you have a secondary meet deadline.
