Pool Course:

8 lanes, 25 meters Non turbulent lane lines.

Eligibility:

Each swimmer must be registered with their swim team and have swam in at least two dual meets during the current CMSL season.  A swimmer may swim in three events, plus a relay.

Entries:

All Individual and Relay Entries must be submitted via email to whstswimrep@gmail.com

All Entries should be prepared in Team Manager or Team Unify and saved to a zip file. The meet will run using Team Unify – Touchpad.

Checks for Entry Fees should be made payable to CMSL and given to the CMSL Treasurer at the Straehle meet.  If payment is not received at Straehle you will not be able to participate.

Fees:

$4.00 for each individual entry, $16.00 for each relay. Checks should be made payable to CMSL. There will be no deck entries allowed. All fees are due by the Straehle meet. No exceptions

Entry Deadline:

The Entry Director must receive all entries no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, 2018

Awards:

1st – 3rd individual and relay team in each age group will receive a trophy

4th– 8th individual and relay team in each age group will receive a rosette ribbon

Each team will designate someone to collect awards after the meet.

Starting/Timing:

Starting blocks will be used for all events. Meet results will be tabulated by computer. Stop watches will be used to establish the times. Your timers need to bring their own stopwatches. 

Officials:

This meet is officiated by the Maryland Officials’ Club.

Coach’s/Parent  Relay:

Please participate in our coach/parent relay.  Entry form is attached.

Programs:

Programs will be available for a nominal cost of $3.00

Concessions:

Full assortment of concessions will be available for both breakfast and lunch.

Table Worker: one person from each team as a table worker for the entire meet.

Attached please find the t-shirt order form. Please see t-shirt design.  Orders MUST  be received by JULY 22, 2018 by 5pm. The cost per shirt $20.  Please pre-order to ensure each swimmer receives a shirt.  Limited quantity available the day of meet.  Checks made out to West Howard Swim Team due the day of meet.   All T-shirt Pre Orders should be e-mailed to Whstswimrep@gmail.com 

Parking

Please park in swim club parking lot with overflow in the church next store.  Any additional parking will be along the street leading in/out of the pool parking lot.  Please do not park in the designated “Official Parking”.

Restrooms

Port-A-Pots will be available for all individual use with hand-washing stations.   We are on a well and ask that you respect our restroom choices for this meet.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
