Warm-ups: Home Team at 7:15 AM, Away Team at 7:35 AM
The Meet will be from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Tavistock typically leaves our pool parking lot open for visiting team use. If the lot is full, please park along Macalister Dr or Santmyer Dr for overflow. Please refrain from parking in the townhouse parking lot, to minimize disruption to our residents along these streets.
Parents, family, and friends of swimmers attending the meet are welcome to sit anywhere on the deck space. We recommend you setup the team area near the shallow end of the pool.
To maintain clear sight lines and facilitate efficient meet operations, parents not working the meet as a deck official, volunteer lane timer or other meet positions are not permitted in the team areas or in any areas within ten feet of the pool. Further, competitors may not loiter along the edges of the pool between the timers and the starter equipment.
Concessions will be available near the wading pool.
Home Team Warm Up: 45 mins prior to meet start time for 20 minutes
Visiting Team Warm Up: 25 minutes prior to meet start time for 20 minutes
Events begin promptly at the meet start time

Water Depth is 5’ at the starting end and 3.5’ at the turning end
Visiting Team Entry Deadline
FINAL ENTRY FILE IS DUE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEET START TIME.
Important: The above date is the deadline for the visiting team to submit their entry to the Tavistock Computer Operator. Therefore, clubs usually set an earlier deadline to receive entries from their swimmers. Check with your team for this deadline information.
A swimmer may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events.
A swimmer may enter a maximum of two (2) relay events.
There will be no automatic timing system used for this meet. Visiting teams must supply a minimum of nine timers plus sufficient relief timers for this meet. Teams are required to bring their own hand-held timing devices.
Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and families and for cleaning up their team areas.
Meet programs will be provided to the team representatives and officials only. If available in sufficient time before the meet, an electronic copy of the meet program will be provided to team representatives for distribution to their membership.
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st-6th place individual events per age group.
