OLY Summer Classic 2018 Hospitality Donations
(this is a team hosted event)
Hospitality Donations should either be dropped at the Meet Entry Door from 5:45-7:45pm on Thursday, June 14th, the day before the meet or brought down to the Wet Classroom (Hospitality Room). (Please ignore the dates and times listed next to each donation item - all items should be delivered on June 14 between 5:45 -7:45 p.m.).
There will be an OLY volunteer in both locations checking in the items brought. If you have a lot of items or heavy items, we have a cart available and will assist you taking items out of your car. Be sure that your name is checked off the list in order to receive credit for items donated.
PLEASE NOTE that food items NOT delivered to OU by the announced date will NOT be accepted, nor be awarded hours. We will be purchasing any remaining items not delivered at that time as items are needed in advance for preparing for the meet. We GREATLY appreciate your understanding in this matter and THANK YOU in advance for all your donations!
