Where: We set up on the top of the hill by the playground around 5:45 pm, and open the food lines at 6:15 pm. Please stay clear of the path, so as not to hinder bikes or runners.
What to bring: A dish to share and chairs. We provide the rest.
After the pasta party, we clean up and then head into the pool area around 7:15 to set up for the meet. Once meet set-up is complete, families that helped can put down their tents on the deck for Saturday’s meet.
New perk this year: Families that help set up for the home meet can enter a raffle to win a premium reserved parking spot for Saturday’s meet. Tickets are $1 each; 6 tickets for $5.
The rules are simply stay to help set up for the meet. Once we are finished we will draw a name. You must be present to win.
