between Nov. 15-30, and the third event in the
SmartyPants Vitamins USMS Fitness Series.

the new year. Whether you're just getting into swimming or back
into the sport after a long time away from the pool, swimming 1
mile is an excellent fitness goal. The Fall Fitness Challenge can
be done in any manner desired: straight through, as a member of a
relay, or even with fins.
