This is an intersquad timetrial meet where swimmers and fans can learn about participating and running a meet. Parents will have the opportunity to try different volunteer jobs and experience the work that goes into running a home meet. All parents and swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend this home meet!

Parents, the Flipper Meet is the teams opportunity to learn various volunteer positions.
The upper deck will be closed and we will have bleachers on deck.

There will not be concessions for this meet, please pack snacks for your swimmer

We will have timers rotating in and out during the meet. All of us will be on deck and all of us will be near the pool and behind the blocks, so please dress appropriately.

Swimmers are asked to sign-up online for this meet. Meet registration opens approx 1 week before dual meets / Time Trials

Swimmer's Choice:
For this meet, swimmers must choose their events once registration has opened.  Swimmers should choose up to 3 events, but NO Relays Coaches will assign swimmers for relays.  Swimmers should not leave for the evening without checking with their coach as they may be signed up for a relay

To sign-up online:  First please declare whether you plan to attend by using the accept or decline feature; then follow the prompts.  If you are not sure which events to sign your swimmer(s) up for, please ask your swimmer to check with their Coach for recommendations.  Remember, Coach Davis and the coaching team has final approval of events that swimmers choose.

Swimmers should be on deck no later than 5:15
Check-in with your Coach

Warm ups start at 5:30
Meet starts at 6:00

Working at home meets is every parent’s obligation. In order to fairly distribute the workload parents are expected to sign-up for work assignments via the website. This procedure will not only assure that all work positions are filled but will also minimize the amount of time required organizing the meets.

An entire dual / time trial meet lasts approximately 2-4 hours.  If enough people sign up you will only have to work half of this time.  A dual / time trial meet requires more than 30 workers per meet.

This meet is held at York High School Aquatics Center, Elmhurst IL

This meet WILL NOT be officiated, it is not a sanctioned meet.

**All Swimmers and Families are reminded to check the Calendar for any updates**
