TIMERS: This is the link for timer signups. Please signup as soon as possible. Responsibilities per session have been assigned based upon team size, and they can't run the meet without timers!

This meet is for TW, RT, BT, GT, BC, GC, TY, BB and invited GB

NOTE: The facility for the meet is subject to change at the direction of Loudoun County Parks and Recreation depending upon the re-opening of Claude Moore Recreation Center. If the meet is moved to Claude Moore, the Meet Director will notify all attending teams immediately via email.

The meet director reserves the right to adjust times and/or sessions after entries are received
All events will be timed finals. All events 200 yards and above will be positive check-in. Other than noted below, check-in closing times will be posted at the meet.
 
Friday, October 5
  • Warm ups - 4:00-4:50 PM
  • Events - 5:00 PM

POSITIVE CHECK-IN FOR EVENTS 1 AND 2 (400IM) WILL CLOSE AT 4:25 PM

*All swimmers in the Friday session, including the 400 IM and 200IM, will need to provide their own timers. Swimmers in the 500 Free will need to provide their own timers and counters. 

Saturday, October 6

  • 11-12                   Warm ups – 8:10-8:50 AM, Events – 9:00 AM
  • 10 & Under           Warm ups – 10:45-11:20 AM, Events – 11:30 AM
  • 13 & Over             Warm ups – 1:40-2:50 PM, Events – 3:00 PM

POSITIVE CHECK-IN FOR EVENTS 35 AND 36 (200 BACK) WILL CLOSE AT 2:20 PM

Sunday, October 7
  • 11-12                   Warm ups – 8:10-8:50 AM, Events – 9:00 AM
  • 10 & Under           Warm ups – 10:45 -11:20 AM, Events – 11:30 AM
  • 13 & Over             Warm ups – 1:10-2:20 PM, Events – 2:30 PM
POSITIVE CHECK-IN FOR EVENTS 67 AND 68 (200 FLY) WILL CLOSE AT 1:50 PM

Costs:

  • Swmimers may enter a maximum of 7 individual events for the meet with no more than 3 events  per day.
    • Events will cost $8.00 each plus a $6 swimmer surcharge per athlete for the meet.
    • Coaches will choose all events.  
    • Do not leave comments regarding the meet and fees.  Email the Coach directly.

All changes to swimmer's entry  must be made prior to the deadline or you will be financially responsible.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

All certified officials 

  • wishing to volunteer to work this meet should contact Lynn Oliver Email: lynn.r.oliver@verizon.net. Please include your club affiliation, certifications held, and sessions you wish to work. We will need to bring at least one official and at least three timers per session.
