The course instructors are all volunteers, most of whom have swimmers presently in the club or who have had swimmers in the club in past years.

The swim club has an officiating course requirement (posted as an attachment to this) and it is intended to ensure we have enough qualified officials to run these events now and in future years.

After you take an officiating courseplease sign up to volunteer in that role at the time trials and swim meets so that you get practice at it.

The intention is also to keep people trying new roles so as to ensure we have enough people qualified in each role throughout the season and in future years.

Please read the attached policy to determine which course/s you are needing to take.

The full season schedule is also attached as a document and finally, the job sign up is here  (top right hand corner) to allow you to sign up for the course.

Thank you

Jenn Tyldesley, President for Swim Yukon (Sport Governing Body (SGB) that looks after Officiating)

and WGB Board of Directors
