CANCELLED Rocklin Invitational @ Whitney HS Pool

Due to very low registration of swimmers, the Board of Directors has voted to cancel our June 23rd Invitational. We will be issuing refunds to all of those that have paid. We are disappointed in having to cancel this event, because we believe in the spirit of hosting invitationals, and had hoped to have a viable fundraiser for our organization. We hope you will spend your energy, volunteer time, and enthusiasm for our Cannonball event 6/18/19 Tuesday, June 18th and other upcoming team activities.
Rocklin Summer Invitational Swim Meet

Location: Click here for map of Whitney High School Pool, 701 Wildcat Blvd, Rocklin, CA
Facilities: Outdoor heated 10 lane 25-Yards with restrooms.
Eligibility: All swimmers registered with a recreational swim team are eligible and can enter all events eligible for their age group. No unattached swimmers will be allowed. All swimmers will swim in the age group according to their age as of June 15, 2019.
Entries: Select above "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER" for online registration. Online entries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com Events. A service fee will be assessed during the online registration.
All 6&Under swimmers entering the breaststroke and butterfly and 7-8 swimmers entering the IM need their coach approval. Entry deadline 11:59pm June 16, 2019.
Entry Fees: $20 per swimmer with deck entries at $25 per swimmer allowed only if space is available and will not be seeded.
Warm Ups: Warm ups for ages 13-18 7:30-8:00am, ages 9-12 8:00-8:30am, and 8&Under 8:30-8:55am.
Check-In: All swimmers must check-in. Swimmers must check-in at 7:00am. The meet will begin 9:00am.
Admission: Admission is free. Meet Mobile will also be available for this meet.
Awards: Fun prizes for heat winners! Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 place finishers. Awards will be given to the coaches of each team at the conclusion of the meet. If the awards are not picked up at the meet, they will not be mailed. Deck entries will not be scored or awarded.

Ready Bench: There will be no official ready bench area. Swimmers and parents are responsible for swimmers getting to the blocks in time for their races.
Timers: Each participating team may be assigned lanes to provide timers. These assignments will be made relevant to the number of swimmers each team has attending. Timers will be served snacks and refreshments.
Stroke & Turn: We would like participating team whose parents volunteer for Stroke and Turn to volunteer if possible, please advise if you can help.
Vendors: Food truck Tres Salsas will be open during the meet, serving breakfast, and lunch. In addition, KoolKeepsakes vendor will be on site making personalized times like bag tags and lanyards and Color Street Nail Strips vendor with aquatic theme and team colors will be available.
