Volunteer Hours Opportunity: Equipment & Supply Donations

Hello SMAC Families,
An easy way to earn volunteer hours is to purchase and donate needed equipment and supplies. With the expansion of our club and the ability to host more meets, including the 2019 Junior Winter National Championships, there is a need to purchase new and/or additional equipment and supplies to support the running of our meets, in addition to using those items at socials and fundraising events.
Please click on the Job Sign Up tab in the upper right corner to see all the items we currently are seeking donations. PLEASE NOTE: It is very important you read the full description of the items, the brand, and the vendor of where to procure these items as our hospitality and concessions leads, as well as the social and meet directors, have very specific needs for their various program areas. At this time, families will be able to sign up for 2 positions at the maximum.
Equipment and supply items need to be purchased and delivered no later than Monday, November 12. Delivery options are as follow:
- View Ridge Families – please deliver your items to Cindy Nguyen no later than Monday, November 12. Please email email@example.com to make delivery arrangements.
- Kent Meridian Families – please deliver your items to Laurie Robbins no later than Monday, November 12. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make delivery arrangements.
- Evergreen/Tukwila/Mount Rainier Families – please deliver your items to Melinda Dickie no later than Monday, November 12. Please email email@example.com to make delivery arrangements
- Central/Mercerwood/MIBC/Newport - please deliver your items to Joan Lawless no later than Monday, November 12. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make delivery arrangements.
