The Annual Meeting of New England Swimming will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Building, Wellesley, MA. Each club is entitled to one club delegate and one athlete At-Large delegate (see below lists). Club delegates are named by submitting a NES Delegate naming form to the NES Secretary, Judi Lombardi. Review the list to see if your club has submitted the form, as this form can also be presented at the door with the proper signatures. Athlete At-Large delegates were voted into place in January and cannot be changed for this year. All members of the New England Community are encouraged to attend even if they do not have a vote.
Delegates must present some form of official identification to be eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting
