WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:45 pm for 5:00 pm warm-ups. The meet will begin at 6:00 pm.

Each swimmer may sign up for TWO events, with certain limitations for Saturday swimmers.  Please read through the restrictions listed below.  10 & under swimmers must also check with coaches before signing up for breastroke, butterfly and IM.

MASK POLICY   – A reminder that we are asking those who are not vaccinated to wear masks whenever they are not in the water and are not socially distanced, and we are asking ALL SWIMMERS to wear a mask in the Clerk of Course and on deck.

The pool is open for patrons during the meet, so please make every effort to warm up with the team.

The officials briefing is at 5:25 pm. The timers briefing is at 5:40 pm.

Please sign up for one of the many volunteer positions needed to run this meet.  Volunteers need to sign in at the table near the diving well to make sure their hours are recorded.

Timers are encouraged to wear white shirts and blue shorts.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child swam in the meet on Saturday, July 10th, you must adhere to the following Vienna Area League restrictions:

1. Swimmers who place 1st or 2nd in a Saturday/ A meet will be allotted a total of THREE individual strokes/ events (this does not include relays) over the course of the A meet and the following Monday/ B meet. Therefore, if they swim TWO individual events in an A meet, they can swim only ONE event in the following B meet. IMs count as an event.

2. Swimmers who place 1st or 2nd in the prior A meet may swim as unofficial swimmers in the following B meet. They may NOT swim the same stroke(s) that they placed in at the A meet and are not eligible for place ribbons.

3. A swimmer who earned 3rd place in the previous A meet may NOT swim that same stroke in the following B meet, but may swim another stroke for place.
