WHERE DO YOU RANK?
IM Xtreme is a program that allows USA Swimming members to track
their times (or coaches to track their team's times) against
swimmers all across the nation! Just by swimming a specific program
of events, you can see where you rank against your teammates, your
region and yes, even across the USA!
This meet is for Age Group 1, Senior 1 and 2 swimmers only.
While we have not joined USA swimming this year we are looking
to add it in the future.
This is a great meet to see where you stack up against other
swimmers across the country!
We must have a minimum
of 25 swimmers going to attend this meet.
Meet Fee per swimmer is $50
13 & Over Warm-up 8:00 am Competition 9:10 am
12 & Under Warm-up 12:00 Noon Competition 1:10 pm
Cost for this meet will
be $50 which includes meet fee and coaches travel.

Upper Palmetto YMCA Rays has taken enhanced health and
measures for all attending this event however we cannot guarantee
that you will not become infected with COVID-19. You must follow
posted instructions while visiting Rock Hill Aquatics Center. An

spreading COVID-19 while participating in USA Swimming/South
Swimming sanctioned events. It is not possible to prevent against
presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participate in
Swimming/South Carolina Swimming sanctioned event, you may be
exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or

Upper Palmetto YMCA Rays COVID-19 Meet Plan
• All non-competing persons i.e. officials, coaches, timers
administrators must wear face coverings and comply with
social distancing and mass gathering rules. Athletes are
encouraged to wear masks between events.
• Swimmers will enter the Rock Hill Aquatics Center thru the
to the Rock Hill Aquatics Center. Upon completion of their last
Rays swimmers will exit the facility thru the doors located on the
lot side of the bleachers.
• There will be no spectators allowed in the facility.

• Pre-meet warm ups will adhere to social distancing

times will be posted once the entries have been received and the
number of swimmers is known. At the end of each heat, each
will warm down an odd number of lengths and exit the competition
at the turn end. They will then return to their seat in the
warm up/warm down pool will be limited to 4 swimmers per lane.

• Facility staff and team personnel will be on hand to ensure
precautions and facility guidelines are followed.
• Coaches and Officials meetings may be held virtually, if
needed, prior to
the start of the meet.
• There may be outside vendors at this meet. If there are
trucks, etc. they will remain outside to the building.
