UPDATE January 2020 from USA Swimming: Any athlete who is not in full compliance with MAAPP before the beginning of a meet will lose all official times from the meet.

Athlete members will not be allowed to compete or be in a USA Swimming environment if the following is not completed.
1. Complete the course training. https://www.usaswimming.org/utility/landing-pages/safe-sport/apt
1. All member athletes age 18 or older (USA age group and masters swimmers) must complete the Athlete Protection Training immediately. Athletes turning 18 will have a grace period to complete this training. The training can be completed at the following link and will then show on your Deck Pass (if you use the USA Swimming app) or be retrievable by USA and/or Gulf swimming officials as needed.
