Description

We leave Monday, December 28th (10:00pm, loading at 9:30pm) then return on Sunday, January 3rd (7:00am) both from Bryan YMCA.  We will be staying at the 4-Points Sheraton Cocoa Beach this year, and practicing at the Cocoa YMCA, and competing against YCF, now coached by Rowdy Gaines!

RSVP available now, registration and fees:

$385, deposit of $100

Limits:

• Swimmers: 45 (available spots)
• Coaches: 4-5 (Brad, Randy, Regina, McKenzie, and Sarah R!)
• Chaperones - Emily Carr (Go Bridgewater Eagles!) and McKenzie Cole (GO BC Eagles)!

Hotel: (Best place on the beach, swimmer rooms will be on the top floor facing in, overlooking the SHARK TANK)!

PARENTS: We do not anticipate needing parent chaperones with 6 coaches going (3 female, 3 male), and an anticipated full bus, BUT if you are interested let me know......we have also blocked off 6 extra rooms @ $120/night for any parents that would like to travel down on their own and enjoy the beach with us!

Training Facility: 1519 Clearlake Road Cocoa, FL 32922-6598 - this is where we drive to first, before the hotel, and where we drive from last (not the hotel).

*Fees and Deposits
$100 – Full Participant Deposit (multiply by number of participants on form)
$385 - TOTAL Full Participant Fee (minimum age is 11)

*Parents, there are no adjustments to fees for not utilizing all that we offer, this fee covers our bus, hotel, pool rental and training fees.  $385 is the total cost of trip, so if you deposit $100, $285 is the remaining due.  Coaches will chaperone.

YCF vs GCY Dual Meet: Saturday AFTERNOON this year in Orlando, FL, actual meet, not practice, CLOSED YMCA (former TYDE Head Coach Mike Brady is there now so we have another connection!)
