Dedicated to providing aquatic programming
to all ages and ability levels, including swim
lessons, water aerobics, and paddle boarding.
The mission of the Whitworth M.E.T. Aquatics
Center is to provide a safe environment in which
students, staff, faculty, and the community
can achieve their highest level of fitness through
aquatic activity.
The center features a beautiful 40-yard lap pool
with a bulkhead dividing the pool into a 25 yard
lap pool and a large shallow end. The pool's temperature is
maintained at 80-83 degrees during the varsity swim
team season; this is an ideal temperature for a
workout facility. Our pool is available to the community
for a variety of fitness, water-safety, and
learn-to-swim programs.
