Hello Shark Families and Shark Swimmers! In hopes you all are continuing to stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 journey. Two weeks ago we updated our website and sent a Shark Alert about our spring swim session. Since that email, the governor of NY has continued to place New York State in a pause status until May 15, 2020. Therefore, we will not be hosting our swim evaluation night (4/30/2020) or the start of our spring swim session on May 1, 2020. As a board we will discuss new dates for our spring swim session, banquet ideas, fall session dates and keep a close watch on any new changes that may come our way during this journey.

PRACTICE TIMES: (these will be the times once we have our new dates for our spring swim session)

White Group: Monday/Wednesday's: 5:30pm-6:15pm and Friday's: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Red Group: Monday/Wednesday's: 6:15pm-7:30pm, Tuesday's: 6:00pm-7:30pm and Friday's: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Black Group: Monday/Wednesday's: 7:15pm-8:45pm, Tuesday's: 6:30pm-8:00pm and Friday's: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Much more information will be released in the future so keep watch for more emails.

Stay safe and healthy during these next few days and weeks ahead. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us at:

Baldwinsville Sharks Annual Swim Banquet will be postponed for our swimmers and families. As a board we all felt that this is a special time for our swimmers and families and wanted to continue this tradition and will postpone the banquet at a later date. Once we have the date scheduled with the district we will share that out. If you do not want to take part in the banquet and would like your check or money returned please let us know in an email. For now we are holding on to all payment that was received for the banquet and will be good to go when our new date is released. ALL swimmers will still be invited to our banquet even if you are not taking part in the spring swim session.

BSSC is a competitive swim club and is dedicated to the development and enhancement of competitive swimming for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 18. We are not a "learn to swim" or "lessons" type of program, and as such, we ask that swimmers have a basic knowledge swimming, and be able to safely swim one length of a 25-yard pool (for safety reasons, they should not have to stop and hold the wall or lane lines).

White (Beginner: NOT a learn to swim program)

Red (Previously Level 1, intermediate swimmer)

Black (Previously Level 2, intermediate/advanced)
