Learn the fundamental skills of competitive swimming including proper stroke technique. We focus on team building and use competition as a tool to teach the values of discipline, self-improvement and sportsmanship. Participants between the ages of 6-18 and swimming ability equivalent to the YMCA Minnow skill level are welcome. Please call to schedule an appointment to evaluate your new swimmer.
While the team competes together at swim meets, Delta and Dickinson Program Center run their own practice schedules.
