With the declaration of a State of Emergency in Oneida County, and the closure of New Hartford Central Schools, our spring session of Learn-to-Swim will been postponed until April 15th at the earliest. As the month progresses, our lesson directors will be in contact with updates. If circumstances dictate that we are unable to reschedule for the spring, registration fees may be applied to the summer session, or refunded as needed.

New Hartford Aquatics is committed to providing a fun, safe, and exciting place for swimmers to learn and build skills for competitive swimming and diving.

At New Hartford Aquatics, we are committed to developing endurance, proper technique, and skills in all areas of swimming. Our swim team is divided into five level groups, arranged by age and ability level. As skills continue to develop, these levels allow for greater development of skill and endurance, helping our athletes reach their greatest swimming potential, and giving them the knowledge and training necessary for collegiate level swimming and lifelong fitness.

All of our coaches, as members of the American Swimming Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States, and work together to help all swimmers meet their greatest potential.
