The Shippensburg Aquatic Club (SAC) is a Recreational and Competitive USA swim team offering quality training and technique instruction for athletes ages of all ages and abilities. We offer competitive (SAC team), pre-competitive (SAC Clinics), and instructional (SAC Swim School) programs that promote physical fitness and positive personal and social growth skills.

All of our coaches receive the most comprehensive training and education, bringing a high level of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to practice sessions and meets. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.

We are a non profit club run by an elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All families actively volunteer to help ensure our club runs efficiently and effectively, offering our swimmers the greatest opportunities for success!
