Welcome to the 11th Annual Bow Lake Dam 15K/5K Race to Cure Cystic Fibrosis!
We welcome all runners, walkers, and volunteers of all ages!
Check out our 5th Annual Toddler Dash after the races! It's the cutest thing you'll see all year!
(Toddler T-shirts available for purchasing on race day!)

During our first 10 years we were able to send over $100,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation thanks to our runners, volunteers, and many supporters. With a new decade of BLD15K/5K on the horizon, year 11 will be re-directed to our local roots where it all began - raising money to benefit local individuals and families facing the challenges of Cystic Fibrosis.
Our Bow Lake crew has grown to become an even bigger team over the past 11 years and with each new year we hope to make the Bow Lake Dam Race to Cure CF bigger and better! Thank you being a part of this wonderful event!
