The Oshawa Aquatic Club is a not for profit sports organization. We are committed to each individual member having the opportunity to explore their potential in the sport of competitive swimming. Our members range in age from 5-65, we offer programs from novice to master, we have swimmers who compete for national and international teams.

The Club is an athlete focussed, coach driven, parent supported club. A volunteer board oversees the adminstration of the club, our coaches are certified through the NCCP program and are qualified to lead our swimmers to be their best.

Returning Swimmer registration will take place on September 10th from 6-9PM at the Donevan Recreation Complex.

Thank you for your interest in our programs. All our programs are based on ability, and group placement is made after an in water assessment is completed.
New swimmer assessments and registration will be on Saturday September 12th from 9AM to Noon at the Donevan Recreation Complex on Harmony Rd.

Attached you will find the Group schedule for Oshac which will give you an idea of when and where our different programs train. I am also attaching a Membership registration form which you can fill out and bring with you to your assessment to help speed up the registration process.

Most swimmers begin their time with Oshac in the Dolphin program. Dolphin swimmers swim twice a week for 45 minutes each time. The program is run on ten week sessions throughout the year, but registration can be done at any time. Those who join part way through a session will have their fees prorated from the time they join. The days and times of the Dolphin program are as follows?.

Tues ? 6:30-7:15 and Thur ? 6-6:45
Tues ? 7:15-8 and Thur - 6:45-7:30
Wed ? 5:45-6:30 and Fri ? 7:15-8

All training session take place at the Donevan Recreation Complex on Harmony rd.
The cost of a ten week session in Dolphin is $200.00/swimmer. There is also a once a year fee of $45.00 that is your membership with Swim Ontario (our governing body), for Liability insurance.
