Whittier Aquatic Club : Background-image

The Whittier Aquatic Club (WAC), is a non-profit swim team for children ages 5-18 registered with USA Swimming. The swimmers work-out five to six days a week at Palm Park Pool with a commitment to Personal Excellence and Team Pride. The athlete's participation, hard work, and commitment may make them eligible to compete at the Junior Olympics; events which host the fastest swimmers in the Southern California Area, however personal improvement is the ultimate goal.

USA Swimming is the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States. It is a 300,000-member service organization that promotes the culture of swimming by creating opportunities for swimmers and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events and education. Membership is comprised of swimmers from the age group level to the Olympic Team, as well as coaches and volunteers. Members can get involved through more than 2,800 clubs across the nation.
