Welcome to the Rancho Bernardo High School's Swim and Dive Web Site. This site can be used to obtain all necessary forms and information on the swim and dive programs at RB High School.

Rancho Bernardo High School swim teams have been CIF and League champions many times. Numerous swimmers from Rancho Bernardo High School have achieved All-American awards. In additon, many Rancho Bernardo swimmers have been named to 1st Team All-CIFs and 1st Team All-Palomar League.

Rancho Bernardo High School is a Division I school competing in the Palomar League against Poway High School, Westview High School, Mt. Carmel High School, Del Norte High School, and Escondido Charter.

Granite Hills Varsity Invite Results
Congratulations to the RBHS Boys who placed 4th at the Granite Hills Invitational. 

Congratulations to the RBHS Girls who paced 3rd at the Granite Hills Invitational. 

Spring Break is April 15 -19 2019.  All levels will have practices over the break.
Varsity M-F 7-9am, S 8-1030am

Palomar League Swimming and Diving Championships 2019
Dates: Coaches will let the athletes know what times to be at the pool each day.
Girls/Boys Swim Prelims – Thursday April 25, 2019 @ MCHS
Warm-up – 2:30pm, Meet Starts – 4:30pm
Dismissed: 1:15pm
Depart: 1:30pm

Girls and Boys Diving – Friday April 26, 2019 @ MCHS
Warm-Up – 3-4pm, Meet Starts – 4:00pm
This is an 11 Dive Meet.
Divers will be providing their own transportation over to Mt. Carmel.

Girls/Boys Swimming Finals – Saturday April 27, 2019 @ MCHS
Warm-up – 8:30am, Meet Starts – 10:45am
Please be at the pool by 8:30am.

Location: Mt. Carmel High School, 9550 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego, 92129

Gate Fees: All spectators will be charged to enter the swim meet during prelims and finals. The fee is to offset the pool fees, officials, and the awards. Adults $6.00 and Students/Children/Senior Citizens $5.00.

Girls D1 & D2 Combined Warm-up – 8:30am, Meet Starts - 10:00am
Boys D1 & D2 Combined Warm-up - 12:30pm, Meets Starts - 2:00pm
or approximately 90 minutes after the girl's dive event is completed

Please be at the pool by 12:30pm.

The Team Banquet.  This is the time to show our appreciation for the athletes.  The event will take place in the MPR at RBHS on Thursday May 16thThe reception will begin at 5:00pm with the awards and food beginning at 5:30pm  

Athletic Recognition Night is on Wednesday June 5th in the Performing Arts Center at 630pm.
