Why join HASA?
HASA is not just a swim TEAM, we are a FAMILY! Lead by Level 5 Head Coach Bob Young, our year round professional staff includes his wife Jennifer Ridge; Gary Asmus, Kurt Becker, and Leigh Lewis (all swimmers themselves and parents of current HASA swimmers) as well as Hudson High Boys Coach Ross Campbell and Addy DiCristina. Our swimmers continually strive for EXCELLENCE while having FUN!

HASA's primary training philosophy is USRPT, which we believe differentiates our swimmers and staff and has taken HASA to a Top 10 Team in Minnesota Swimming since implemented as our Training Philosophy in April 2014. HASA trains SMART and our swimmers succeed in and out of the pool!

USRPT refers to the brief and strictly monitored work and rest intervals that
swimmers are required to hold during their training. Swimmers training with USRPT develop positive neuromuscular patterning that translates into high quality performances with greater accountability in training and confidence in meets!

HASA is accepting swimmers of all ages and abilities into our TEAM whether you are masters, college, high school, grade school, currently a member of another swim team or a new swimmer. So come on and join the #funnest sport and help HASA continue to build strong and successful student athletes!
