DART ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP
DRIVE
There are over 900 swimmers
participating in our seasonal, year-round, and swim school programs
and we are one of Sierra Nevada Swim League's largest teams. As you
can imagine it takes a lot of volunteering and financial support to
make an organization of this size successful. Monthly dues are
charged, swim-a-thons are organized, but these revenues do not
cover all of the team's expenses.
There are four levels of sponsorship available,Gold ($1000),Silver ($500),
Bronze ($250)
and Friends of DART
($100), and at each level the person or company donating, will
receive varying degrees of recognition as well as a letter for tax
purposes. Please

How can you help?
* If you own a business, consider making a tax deductible
donation.
* Ask your employer if they would be willing to sponsor
the team. If you are not comfortable asking, our Team Sponsorship
Leads, Tina Daniels and Milissa Urlando, would be more then happy
to make the inquiry for you.
* Make a matching donation. Did you know that many
companies will match donations made by their employees? These
companies include: Amazon, Boeing, Oracle, Starbucks, Gap, Disney,
P & G, CVS, eBAY, Best Buy, Nike, Home Depot, Johnson and
Johnson, State Farm, HP, Microsoft, Apple, GE and more! If you
don't work for a company that provides matching funds, maybe a
relative does?
* Ask your favorite local business if they would consider
donating. Ideas can include your family dentist, doctor, vet, etc.
Or if you'd rather Milissa or Tina do the asking, just send them an
email.
