Welcome to the Greater Glens Falls Flyers Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

When registering for the current season, you have the options of paying the fees in full or paying through three installments (the first at time of registration, the second on Nov. 1, the third on Jan. 1).  The registration system requires the use of a current credit card and for that card to be saved and on file for any future charges, credits or refunds.  A common charge during the season would be entry fees for swim meets.  You will be responsible to maintain a current credit card on file.  We will make one notification to the card holder if a charge is refused due to an invalid card.  If the card is not updated upon the second billing we reserve the right to add a $25 late fee to the account.

The following fees apply to the 2019-2020 fall/winter season:
Flyers membership for the White & Blue groups: $313.50
Flyers membership for the Red & Gold groups: $451.00
Flyers membership for use of the baby pool by younger non-team siblings: $35.00
In addition, the club is a registered member of USA Swimming which provides independent programs with liability insurance and allows all of its members to participate in USA Swimming sanctioned programs and swim meets.  As such, all members of the club must register with USA Swimming which then gives individual swimmers their own insurance coverage when participating with us and at all sanctioned events.  The fee is $79.00 per swimmer and will cover the new swimmer for the remainder of 2019 through 2020 (including our summer season), and cover all returning 2018-2019 winter swimmers for 2019.  All those registered to use the baby pool must also be registered with USA Swimming but their USA fee is just $20.

The USA Swimming fee will be included in the initial registration charge if paying by installments.
If paying in full, a 10% discount will be applied to the Flyers membership fees.  If registering multiple family members, a 5% discount will be applied for each additional member beyond the first child.

Please review the descriptions of our practice groups when selecting a group to register your swimmer.  If you are registering a returning swimmer please select the group they had been with in their previous season unless they were told by their coach that they would be moving up a group this season.  If you have a question about this please click on Contact Us on the homepage and the head coach will respond.

*New swimmers are not required to register until after tryouts.  At tryouts they will be told which group they are assigned.  We also allow new swimmers who make the team to stay for the opening night practice and then make a decision about joining the team.  All new swimmers must bring in a copy of their birth certificate upon registration.  

Please don't hesitate to contact us by clicking on Contact Us on the homepage if you have any questions or concerns.  If you need any other considerations about paying fees please contact us before registering.  We have eliminated past modifications of fees for those swimmers who participate on school teams during our season and we simply encourage these swimmers to swim with us as much as their schedules allow, remembering that our mission is skill development.  We will consider pro-rating fees for any swimmers joining late in the season.
