Welcome to the Swim South Bay Electronic Registration platform for our first ever “dry swim team” program. If pools open during the sessions, we will continue to offer online programming PLUS in water practice. Details would come as soon as we know more from the health department.
We will have two summer sessions to choose from with 36 classes each week to serve your swimmer (come to as many as you are able to attend.) We use the Zoom platform to connect our swimmers and coaches through a variety of exercise and enrichment classes including strength training, yoga, cardio camp, Tabata, core training, stretch sessions, swim chats, crafting, cooking classes and weekly challenges. Through our online platform, we hope to empower your swimmer to focus on the five things we can control when we are sheltering in place: nutrition, exercise, sleep, media consumption and personal connections.
By providing up to 4.5 hours a day of online and active programming, many parents have found ways to continue to work from home while their children are engaged in something other than binging shows, walking through your conference calls or eating all the food that is not hidden in the garage.
Sessions dates: May 25-June 27 and June 29-August 1
Session rates: $125/session
Classes offered: Monday through Friday at 9-9:45am, 12-12:45pm, 3-3:30pm, 3:30-4pm, 4-5pm and 5-6pm. Saturdays 9-10am.
If you choose to cancel for any reason, there is a $10 service fee to account for the credit card transactions (since we have to pay when you sign up and again when the credit is charged back to your card.)
