Part Season Fee: Like in past seasons, swimmers have the option of swimming the part season (April 9th - June 10th) or the full season (April 9th - July 31st).  We will offer no additional pro-rating.  You will note that the per practice price is cheaper for the full season than it is for the part season.  Therefore, if your swimmer can swim till late June or early July, it may make sense to register for the full season.  If you decide after the registration deadline that you want to swim the full season after signing up for the part season, please let Coach Jory know and you will be charged the difference.  In order to organize practice schedules and allocate pool time properly we need to have a full summer roster as early as possible.

USA Swimming Registration Fee:  All new swimmers who were not affiliated with USA swimming during the fall season will need to pay the $75 membership fee.  If you were with us in the fall or are transferring teams you do not need to pay this.

Transfer Swimmers:  If you are transferring from another USA swimming club, you will need to submit the $10 transfer fee to Illinois Swimming.  You need to print and sign the TRANSFER FORM and mail it plus your $10 fee directly to Illinois Swimming Inc (Address listed on form).

Meet Fees and other charges:  Meet fees are automatically charged to your credit card on file with us at the beginning of each month.  Once the meet signup deadline passes, familes are responsible for all associated meet entry fees, even if the swimmer does not attend the meet.  Families should have a credit card on file for these charges.

Volunteerism:  In order for our team to operate efficiently we require parents to help volunteer.  When you register for this Spring/Summer 2018 season, you will be signing a volunteer obligation agreement as a pledge to signup & equally share a number of voluteer hours.  We will require your help with the following HPAC functions;

1) RUNNING THE FOLLOWING SWIM MEETS:
