Welcome to the Hershey Aquatic Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming Spring/Summer 2020 swim season! ? Please note:? this is the registration platform for the competitive swim team, NOT Swim Lessons.? Registration for Swim Lessons can be found on the Home page, on the bottom left side of the screen in the "Events" box, under the "Swim Lessons" tab.

As you go through the registration process please remember the following:
An email was sent to you assigning a practice group to your swimmer(s).? This is the group you should use during registration.? If you select the incorrect practice group we will manually switch your swimmer to the correct group after your registration has been submitted.
As part of the registration process, please insure that your March 1st?balance be paid by March 15th?per normal payment terms. ?Your March balance does not need to be zero to register, but will need to be paid prior to practice commencement on April 13th.? Meets occurring in March and April will appear on the April statement along with your Spring/Summer payment, which will be due April 15t.h.? We ask for your compliance with these dates as we close out the Fall/Winter season. ? If you need to know your balance please contact Mark Brace (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to registration.
When selecting your payment options (payment in full or installment plan) for the season, please be aware that we will not be able to change your selection after March 30th. Your choice will be locked-in after that date.
Swimmers who stop swimming prior to May 31st will receive a 33% refund or account credit. To qualify for this refund you must notify the HAC Registrar, Nicole Paul at (email@example.com) in writing within seven (7) days of the date your swimmer stopped swimming. No refunds will be given after May 31st.
On April 1st you will recieve your first statement (invoice) through your TeamUnify account.The amount billed is due by April 15th. If you choose to pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH Checking you must go to your account after registration, select the credit card, or ACH Checking option and enter in your payment information. The payment setup option can be found by going to the menu on the right-hand side of the page, select "My Account" and click the "Setup Auto Pay" button.
