Welcome to Topeka Swim Association!
This annual online registration will register you for the current swim year. Once you provide all of the required information your information will be officially entered into our system to create or confirm your TSA account. If this is your initial registration, you will receive an email containing a username and generic password (which you will need to immediately change) to our website, swimtsa.com. This enables us to send you email communications and allows you to sign your swimmer up for events, access your account, view your invoices and sign up for automatic payment through your checking account or credit card. TSA’s website is our primary means of communication with you. You will also need to sign and acknowledge TSA and USA Swimming Policies and waivers that will be provided by your coach.
TSA is supported by our parents through volunteer opportunities during team-hosted swim meets. Each family is required to volunteer at team-hosted meets, along with no less than two sessions fulfilled at any yearly “community service” meet. You will be required to acknowledge TSA’s Volunteer Policy as part of the annual registration process.
TSA offers a two-week trial period for new swimmers. Online registration must be completed and initial payment must be received prior to your swimmer’s first practice. For new swimmers, this payment will be held for two weeks. If you choose not to continue with TSA, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the beginning of the third week of the swimmer’s practices in order to receive a refund.
To familiarize families with our program and the sport of swimming, we will hold Parent Meetings throughout the year. Dates, times and subject matter will be emailed to all members. We also have Parent Mentors who are available to answer questions. Take time to thoroughly read all of the registration materials and jot down any questions you may have. You are encouraged to ask a Parent Mentor these questions. You can find additional information about Parent Mentors, our fee structure, and equipment requirements by level under the Club Info tab on our website.
Invoices are emailed on the first of each month. You may access your invoice through the email or by signing into TSA’s website. All payments are automatically withdrawn through our ACH system on the 1st of each month. All payments must be made through automatic withdrawal via our ACH system.
