Welcome to the Cardinal Hill Dive Team registration system!
Please read EVERYTHING on this page in its entirety. Please DO NOT RUSH through this page or the registration module. You may complete the online registration for all divers in your family. Your registration will be approved in approximately one-two days and then you can sign-up to volunteer.
Registration must be completed by Friday, June 8th in order to receive a team t-shirt. Summer 2018 registration will close on Friday, July 13th.
Only credit or debit cards can be accepted for registration payment. Please email Michelle Butler directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have an unusual situation that prevents you from paying by credit card. Unfortunately, payment by check in the past resulted too often in having to remind people a few times to submit their payment.
REFUND REQUESTS: Registration fees and additional t-shirt orders will only be refunded if requested by Friday, June 8th. After that date, both are non-refundable.
Team Registration Fees Per Family:
$50 for the 1st diver
$40 for the 2nd diver
$30 each for 3+ divers.
Your multi-member family discount will show up in the final payment details.
A team t-shirt is INCLUDED in each diver's registration fee. You do NOT have to purchase one unless you want more t-shirts in addition to the team tee. When you are asked for your diver's t-shirt size, you are selecting the team t-shirt size for your diver. If you want a team t-shirt in addition to the one that already comes with your registration, you would select "Additional t-shirt..." and add it to your order. Otherwise, please do NOT order additional tees that will force your friendly volunteer team reps to manually refund additional t-shirt charges.
Only those diver registrations received by Friday, June 8th will be guaranteed a team t-shirt. Additional t-shirts are available for $15 each and can be purchased during the registration process.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE DIVE TEAM, AND IT IS AFTER JUNE 8TH, DO NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL TEES TO YOUR CHECKOUT CART. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT/THEM!!!!
Each family is required to work at least 3 volunteer jobs. If you do not complete all jobs by the end of the regular dive season on July 27th, 2018, you will be charged the non-volunteer fee of $100 (see below).
(1) If your child participates in A or B Dive Meets, we ask that at least 2 of your volunteer jobs be meet related. You are not expected to volunteer at meets your child is not participating in.
(2) Please do not sign up to judge an "A" meet unless you have judged at least one A meet during past summers. If you would like to try judging, please sign up for one of the Thursday night B meets.
(3) While each family is required to volunteer for 3 jobs, that doesn't always cover all our openings. We greatly appreciate parents willing to pitch in when extra hands are needed :)
Completion of volunteer jobs will continue to be faithfully tracked through Team Unify, per event for each family. (There are some jobs that are not tracked through Team Unify; completion of those jobs will be accounted for as well.)
At the end of the season, for those families who did not complete all of their volunteer jobs, a credit card charge of $100 will be manually invoiced and charged to the credit card on file from registration. If the credit card charge does not go through, your account will be invoiced the $100, with payment expected immediately.
