Welcome to the Hunter Mill Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members.

If you were a member of the swim team last year, your account information has been uploaded from last year's registration form and access has been initiated using the main email address. If that email address does not exist, try using another before requesting for a new login. Please maintain an active email address that you frequently access as all communications will be electronically distributed. Should your email address change, please send an email to both treasurer@hmsrc.org and swimteam@hmsrc.org.

Please note that a cell number is required and that each family will again be asked to volunteer for a total of 6 credits. We also ask that each family donate 1 item to the Shark Shack concessions at the beginning of the season. Once you have registered, you will be sent a Sign Up Genius and can sign up for the item you wish to donate.

Swimmers are referred to as Members on this website. The early registration fees are $150 for Sharks through May 27. Fees increase $15 per swimmer after this date. Registration fees for Mini Sharks are $100. There is a $5.00 Admin Fee per family, so register all swimmers at once to avoid paying multiple Admin Fees. Your kids will show up as inactive in the system until you have delivered your concession donation and signed up to work a minimum of 3 of your credits for the year. Once they're activated, you can sign them up to swim meets.

Swimmers who must leave the team before June 17th will receive a full refund, minus a $25 fee per family. After June 17th, there are no refunds.  No refunds will be given on team suits, personalized caps or spirit wear.

Please also note that orders for customized swim caps are due May 7, and online spirit wear orders are due May 20. So please register before these dates so you can complete your order. You will receive more info about both of these in your welcome letter.

Mark your calendar for the kick-off meeting, to be held May 19, 4-5pm, in the clubhouse. SportFair will be on hand to sell team suits so be sure to bring your swimmers if you are unsure of correct sizing.
