Welcome to the 2018 Blackhawk Country Club Youth Fitness Registration for 11-18 Year Olds!


Online Registration:

We are pleased to offer online registration on behalf of the Club through Team Unify. The process is simple for both new and returning members.  Open to BHCC members only.  Members, your registration fees will be charged to your member account.


Program Outline:

Designed to increase your young athlete’s general coordination, fitness and body strength. This Youth Fitness Program offered by Blackhawk Country Club will build your athlete’s confidence and ability. The training program is customized specifically for young athletes ages 11-18 and will help them stay active during the winter months. The program runs from late November to early February and will be held indoors Monday through Thursdays and Saturdays at Blackhawk’s new state of the art Fitness Center.

Young and developing athletes from any sport benefit when they are coordinated and have body awareness and control. The program is designed to build general coordination, fitness and body strength through extensive training and technical instruction. Program is limited to participants age 11 to 18 and will be run by both BHCC aquatic coaching staff members as well as professional trainers and yoga instructors on staff at the BHCC Fitness Center.


Training objectives will focus on:

  • General coordination, fitness and body strength
  • Perfecting technical efficiency and precision
  • Increasing core strength and flexibility through resistance, stretching and yoga


Required Gear:

All athletes must come to class in appropriate workout attire (good sneakers and no denim or street clothing) and bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class.


Fee Structure:

  5 days/week 3 days/week Payment Method
Blackhawk Members $375 $290 BHCC Member #

Three days per week option offers flexible days of your choice (Monday through Thursday and Saturday).  Unfortunately, you can not make up or bank missed days from prior practices to be applied to future dates.

Program will start Monday, November 26th, 2018 and run through Saturday, February 2nd, 2019. Classes will be held in the program room at the BHCC Fitness Center on Monday and Wednesday from 4-5:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-4:40 pm and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 am. This is a drop off class. Therefore, parents are expected to wait in their cars or outside the fitness room.  Winter Break practicesTBD (The program will offer practices during winter break)
