Stotesbury Cup Regatta Info

May 18th and 19th , 2018

Next stop...Camden!  All the information is outlined below.  Please contact me with any questions.   -Stacey.

General Information

Stotesbury Cup is the largest high school regatta in the country. This year, over 5500 athletes will compete in 973  boats representing 193 high schools from as far away as Texas and Florida. Below is most of the information you will need to prepare for this weekend. Parents will need to fill out the attached permission forms and return them to Sabrina at practice on Wednesday.  More information about the regatta can be found at stotesburycupregatta.com

Transportation

We will be traveling to Philadelphia by Premiere coach bus. Athletes will lock their luggage in the athletic department conference room when they arrive at school in the morning. All athletes must report to school in the morning to be eligible to travel.  The school has a list of students who will be dismissed. They will be dismissed at 10:00 and the bus will leave the high school at 10:15 AM. Athletes should pack a lunch. Athletes may NOT leave campus between class dismissal and boarding the bus.  There will have to be some variation in the return time depending on how boats advance. We will have your rower call with an approximate return time once we leave Philadelphia.

Parents who will be driving to Philadelphia who might want to transport a student home who is not theirs must fill out the Personal Use Auto Agreement attached below.
